1) Glass-Fused-to-Steel bolted tank
Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) tank is made of specialized high-strength steel plates which adopt special high-strength alloy steel with professional porcelain enamel technology. Two materials are fused together to achieve the best of both materials-the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass.It can be transported to the construction site and assembled quickly to meet specific application needs. With the proven performance, the enameled tanks are able to provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.
2) Spiral steel tank
The most advanced spiral silo construction machine and spiral patented technologies are widely used in the field of grain & oil, brewage, cement, glass, ceramics, petrochemical, wastewater treatment and biogas project etc., with the manufacturing capacity of 5 million cubic meter, CNBM has built silos all over in China and has already entered into international market successfully.
3) epoxy coated tank
Epoxy Powder coated system is an electrostatically applied dry powder coating that is then fused to the surface around 280deg C. Epoxy powder coated steel is a robust material, with excellent resistance to impact. A highly resistant polyurethane sealant ensures that the tank effectively holds more aggressive content.
4) welded steel tank
Welded Steel tanks are available in virtually any size or with any dimensions, from 100m3 to 30,000m3 or larger. All the joints in the tank are welded, fusing the entire tank into one solid piece, thus making it very sturdy and durable. Welded steel tanks can easily be repainted and coating work can be done on-site for easy inspection.
